Suggestions for Plots:
Showcase No 1/ Right on the equator: ~35 sq km on the beautiful lower south facing slopes of Pavonis Mons.
THE PURCHASE OF LAND PREFERENCE CLAIMS ARE NO LONGER AUTOMATED. THEY ARE STILL AVAILABLE BUT BECAUSE CERTAIN AREAS OF LAND ARE MORE POPULAR [THE MARS CO-ORDINATES WHICH EQUAL THE SAME AS LONDON AND NEW YORK ON EARTH ARE POPULAR]. HENCE, TO ENSURE WE CAN PROVIDE A SUITABLE PLOT, WE NOW NEED TO REACH AGREEMENT WITH THE BUYER FIRST VIA EMAIL. THE PLOT WILL THEN BE HELD FOR 48 HOURS AND AN ELECTRONIC INVOICE SENT TO THE BUYER.
A preference claim is one in which you can stipulate the area of Mars land desired, up to a size of 35 Sq Km. We aim to allocate land to your exact request but will offer "nearby alternatives" if your chosen plot co-ordinates have already been taken.
Have a look at the media page on our Mars For Sale website to see a short video demonstration of how to easily get the co-ordinates of the plot you desire and also to see our interactive Globe-map of Mars:
Your claim for Mars land through Mars Register and Celestial Sales will be confirmed in a claim certificate and a declaration of intent which are both available for download immediately after making your claim.
Each claim is filed at the Mars Register and entitles the claimant to be included in the act of possession of planet Mars. If successfully registered with title to the Mars land, The Mars Trust will be formed. All claimants will be beneficiaries. In that case all claimants will either get actual Mars land of a payment fee for the land from the UN.
In order to generate title deeds to land on Mars we must successfully undergo International Legal Due Process (via UN and possibly the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague (PCA). The PCA has written to us to confirm it stands ready to provide this service once we have appropriate consent from the UN (COPUOS and GA). As a requirement for our appraisal for title registration, we must submit an 'Application for First Registration to Land on Mars' together with all necessary supporting evidence for our claim. The key document for that is our MARSREG1 application form (see image). This document was first acknowledged by the UN as "submitted" in an email from a senior UN official in 2016.
